What a day for Meath Badminton at the Leinster U17 Intercounty Finals in Baldoyle.

Huge congratulations to our 3 club players who represented Meath and came home with medals:

    • Patrick Monahan & Sadie VaughanMeath U17 A: Silver Medals (Division 1)
    • Jacob De JongMeath U17 B: Bronze Medal (Division 4)

Meath 1 (Division 1) had an outstanding run, including dominant 7–0 wins, and finished the day with a well-earned silver after a tough tie with Dublin 1.

Meath 2 (Division 4) battled hard in close matches against Westmeath and Laois and proudly brought home bronze, with great performances across the panel.

These results highlight the quality and commitment of the young players coming through our club and across Meath. Your hard work is paying off—keep pushing on.

A sincere thank you to Martin Sheridan, Elaine Maher, and Sarah Weir for their dedication in training and coaching, and to Leinster’s Youth Activity Committee for running another excellent juvenile intercounty competition.

Well done to everyone who played, coached, and supported on the day—we’re all very proud.
